My stay at Hotel Centro was truly a mixed experience. The central location near Piazza Del Duomo and the helpful staff added convenience to our trip. The modern rooms, although styled with fashionable minimalism, provided a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing in Florence. However, the room had some maintenance issues like a broken shower head holder and toilet flush, detracting from the overall experience. The hotel's renovation was evident, but there were still remnants of smoke smell in the hallways.The staff's assistance, especially Monica and Ali, was commendable and they went above and beyond to help us. The proximity to key attractions like the Duomo Cathedral and the market made exploring the city easy.In conclusion, while the Hotel Centro offered a suitable base for exploring Florence, improvements in room maintenance and smoke smell management would enhance the overall guest experience.
